This 1/2 size violin is typically best suited for players 7 to 9 years old, or any young players who have an arm length between 50-57 cm. This smaller size allows for easier playing ability, as their smaller fingers can properly extend across the entire fingerboard. This lets players build the proper dexterity and finger strength needed, and to build themselves up to be the best violin players around.
