Based on the original Vision formula, VSX drums feature birch plywood shells blended with 6/8 technology. Lower frequencies require more energy to project evenly, matching the higher frequencies produced by smaller shells. The combination of six-ply toms and Vision floor and bass drums delivers a dynamic and balanced sound.
