Description
Cabinet-emulated DI output:
The MIC-NO-MO employs the same technology as Friedman’s Runt amplifiers, and it’s top-shelf all the way. Dave Friedman pored over this all-analog design to ensure that its tone stands up to the best digital cab sims and impulse responses on the market. With the MIC-NO-MO, you can send cranked-up tube amp tone direct to your recording device or the front-of-house sound engineer.
Tone-maximizing features:
The Friedman MIC-NO-MO comes loaded with tone-maximizing features. Eliminate ground loop hum with the Ground switch. Choose between brighter center or darker edge simulated mic placements with the Axis switch. You also get a Level switch that enables you to select between a -10dB and -30dB pad to accommodate your other audio equipment. At Sweetwater, we’ve found that placing the MIC-NO-MO between your amp and speaker cabinet is an easy way to achieve top-shelf miked-up tone, both onstage and in the studio.
