The Bach 42B is a renowned trombone and is one of the most popular selling models available today. With its 8.5" hand hammered yellow-brass bell this horn has defined the orchestral sound for generations, and will for many more to come. The .547" large bore is wrapped in a closed fashion to offer more resistance while still maintaining the clarity and projection, compared to the more common open wrap horns.

The slide is chrome plated nickel-silver handslide for quick and smooth action. All of these features are enclosed in a lovely clear lacquer finish, adding a edge of warmth to the sound.
