Explore the exciting rhythms of Latin drumming in this special clinic with renowned musician and teacher, Marco Castillo. This introductory session will get you started with the basics of Latin percussion.  Participants are encouraged to bring their own drums for a hands-on, interactive learning experience.      

 

Marco has performed in festivals around the globe, and has recorded and produced many musical projects. Marco specializes in a number of different teaching styles including rock, jazz, pop, country, as well as Latin rhythms such as samba, bossa-nova, bolero, salsa, Afro Cuban and more!

Learn the art of songwriting! This workshop is perfect for beginners and aspiring songwriters looking to develop their skills.   

 

Roman Clarke is a multi-instrumentalist, producer, and artist from Winnipeg. He started playing drums in touring bands at the age of 17, and ended up performing all over the world with acts such as The Bros. Landreth, Ariel Posen, Fieldguide, Boy Golden, and many others. He has produced music for Joey Landreth, Fieldguide, and Taylor Janzen.
