with Adèle M. Wilding  

During this clinic, Adèle will be sharing songwriting skills and techniques that she has curated throughout her musical career. She will be covering topics such as her approach to melody writing, chord progressions, lyrics and groove-based writing - as well as performing excerpts from her own catalogue to demonstrate techniques.

Adèle M. Wilding has led a busy career as an award-winning vocalist, composer/songwriter, arranger and music educator for over two decades. She was the inaugural winner of the 2005 BWA Nina Simone Award in London, England, and she has performed in venues and festivals in the UK and western Canada, collaborating with the latter region's finest jazz, blues, gospel and soul artists. A classically trained musician, Adèle offers private lessons in Voice/Piano/Songwriting and theory with Long & McQuade.
