Stephen will be discussing the benefits of using digital floor modellers with loopers to achieve layers of instruments in a musical context. If you are looking to spice up your solo gigs and would like to learn more about how integrating modern technology can liven up your stage creativity and performance, this is for you.
Stephen has 37 years of industry experience. He’s played guitar on over a dozen albums, toured internationally, and is a winner at the ECMAs.

The Fundamentals of Sound Design
with Ben Buchanan
This seminar explores synthesis, effects processing, and narrative applications in media. Attendees will gain practical insights into crafting immersive audio experiences and mastering historical and modern sound design techniques. Ultimately, participants will leave equipped to unleash their creative potential across diverse media platforms.
Ben is a multi-instrumentalist who’s versatile in many styles of music and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, Majoring in Music, from Mount Allison University. He has been teaching drums, guitar, bass, ukulele, song writing and production techniques since 2015 all over The Maritimes and is a busy, in-demand instructor at the Moncton Long & McQuade Lesson Centre.
