Introduction to Recording With MIDI
with Michael Bauer

This clinic will provide an introduction for beginners who may or may not already have experience with recording but want to introduce MIDI into their productions. This clinic will cover basic use of MIDI controllers, how to create and arm MIDI tracks, what virtual instruments and plugins have to offer in the creative process, as well as some simple tips and tricks to make work flow efficient - so artists can spend more time creating and playing, rather than programming.

While the clinic will be demonstrated in Ableton Live 11, the lesson is largely transferable to the artist’s DAW of choice.
