Movement for Musicians - Markham, ON

In this workshop, professional musician and movement educator, Bree Greig, will explain and explore how, just like athletes, musicians can develop repetitive strain discomfort from playing.  With Bree, you will learn tools and techniques to help you counter and unwind some of the repetitive holding patterns in your own body. An accessible movement practice focusing on the hands, arms, shoulders, and upper back will be part of this workshop. 

Please bring a yoga mat and wear clothing that you can move freely in.
