Drum Masterclass with Cirque Du Soleil’s Eric Boudreault
In this masterclass Eric will show you different ways to approach the feel and pulse of different grooves and styles of music. Eric is an incredibly accomplished drummer and educator, working with some of Cirque du Soleil’s most popular touring shows. He’s performed with Alex Acuna, John Pattitucci, and John Beasley amongst many others. Space will be limited and there will be a participation component! Bring your sticks, a note pad and learn how to improve your groove!

Songwriting Part 3 with Colleen Eccleston
Colleen will explore how to sharpen your language and melodies through some writing exercises. In this class Colleen will mix up the approaches that sometimes become habit. Bring a song that is not quite working for you and see if a new approach can lead to inspiration!

Mixing with Joby Baker
Let Juno nominated producer, Joby Baker, help you get the best sound on your recordings. Tips and tricks from one of the world’s top producers. Baker, 42, has been the city’s busiest producer and one of its best-regarded musicians since 1992, his first year in Victoria. In the two decades since, he has recorded or played on numerous Juno-, Grammy- and Latin Grammy-nominated recordings, even netting a Juno nomination himself for best recording engineer in 2013.
