Nigel “MaynStreet” Maynard gives some insight into learning different drumming styles, playing along to tracks, understanding what to listen to while playing, and drum set positioning. He will also speak about warm up exercises and the concept of time versus pocket.

Saturday, March 25 | 2 pm
Intro to Modular Synthesizers and Synth DIY
Whether you’re a novice or experienced user of the synthesizer, this clinic will have something to offer you. Richard Sherkin will cover topics including the differences between modular synthesizers and preset synthesizers, various module functions and offer a breakdown of each module’s use in a patch. He will also discuss the elements required for getting into DIY synth module building.
