Drum Clinic with Matt Starr - Calgary, AB

Matt Starr is a Los Angeles based drummer/vocalist, clinician, educator, Modern Drummer contributor & producer.  He is currently filling for MR BIG drummer Pat Torpey on their "...The Stories We Could Tell" World Tour. 

Matt spent the past 3 years as the touring & recording drummer for KISS founding member Ace Frehley, playing on Ace's latest release Space Invader (eOne) which debuted at #9 on Billboard, selling 20,000 copies in its first week.  He is also a member of Burning Rain (featuring Whitesnake guitarist Doug Aldrich).  In the past Matt has worked with Kevin Dubrow (Quiet Riot), Dizzy Reed (Guns N’ Roses), Love/Hate (Sony), Beautiful Creatures (Warner Bros) & others.
