In this workshop, Colleen Eccleston (singer songwriter) invites you to bring a verse and a chorus to the workshop, and we will go around the circle to work on performance aspects of style such as dynamics, vocal approaches, rhythmic structure, emotional impact of language and phrasing choices.

Known for his amazing live shows which feature his command of the guitar (often sounding like an entire orchestra), and his renowned skill as a `live looper`, award-winning singer/songwriter Jacob Moon will share some of his proven insight into how to achieve this feat.

The Business of Music with Darren Glover

In this clinic, Darren will provide with you with tips and insight to help you get your music to the right people. Glover is front man for the band Flash Lightnin’. As a songwriter, singer and guitar expert, he has been actively working in the Canadian music business for over fifteen years. Glover formed Flash Lightnin’, a three-piece boogie band, bringing back the sounds and style of the late ’70s rock movement. The band has shared the stage with such acts as Metric, K-OS, Billy Talent, Eagles of Death Metal, ZZ Top, Big Sugar, Monster Truck, and many more. A big part of Flash Lightnin’s success story has been making their music the soundtrack to dozens of blockbuster movies and TV shows.
