DJ 101 – 25 Years on the Decks with Craig Clark (DJ HYP3)
This session will teach basic DJ techniques like beat mixing, looping, live remixes, video mixing, sampling and scratching. Craig will also discuss and demonstrate mixing through different genres of music.

Recording 101 with Jon Matthews from The Sound Mill
The Sound Mill (formerly 'Big Grey Sound Studio') is the next phase of evolution for PEI's premier audio recording and production facility. The studio has been crafting world-class recordings for over nine years, with award-winning owner, producer and engineer Jon Matthews at the helm.  At this clinic, Jon will discuss his approach to recording and producing, and be taking questions from the audience.

Hybrid Drum Kits with Chris Wood
Chris will be discussing how to convert your existing acoustic kit to electric; the features and benefits of doing this; triggering acoustic drums, and how to silence your kit for any of these applications. Free giveaways!
 
Monday, March 24, 7-9pm
Guitar Maintenance 101 with Andrew Smith
Andrew will cover: Changing guitar strings like a pro; tuning tips; proper care and maintenance of acoustic and electric guitars; protecting your guitar from the cold Canadian winter.
