This clinic is for anyone who is interested in getting into recording, or for those who have some equipment and need a little help to get going. From picking the right interface and microphones, to installation and basic recording, to the basics of microphones, MIDI, interfaces, and software – Aaron will cover it all!

Contemporary Mandolin with Jesse Cobb
Jesse is a sought after mandolinist known for his strong rhythmic presence and lyrical leads. He has toured extensively in the US and Europe, taught at major festivals and camps, and as a member of “The Infamous Stringdusters”, has won awards and accolades from the Bluegrass and Americana communities including a Grammy nomination for the band in 2011.

Learn how to set up a basic PA for a gig or jam. Select the right setup for your band or show. Nelson and Darcy will also discuss proper mixing of sound, as well as lighting setup.
