Workshop on Calming the Practice Monster - Various Locations

We are pleased to welcome Paul Coates from Conservatory Canada with a workshop on Calming the Practice Monster.

This lecture/workshop is open to music students, parents and teachers and is a fun way to address the sometimes frustrating issue of PRACTICE!!

Clinician Paul Coates is currently the Director of Outreach for CONSERVATORY CANADA, and for over 20 years has been an examiner with the Royal Conservatory of Music. He has been a faculty member at the University of Windsor - School of Music and the Royal Conservatory of Music where he taught in both the Community School and the Glenn Gould Professional School. He holds ARCT diplomas in piano and voice, as well as a Bachelor and Master of Music degrees from the University of Western Ontario. He is an adjudicator and clinician for the ORMT, remains active as a performer, and leads engaging workshops all across Canada. Currently he maintains a private studio in Stratford, Ontario. Paul considers it a privilege and honour to take time to acknowledge, to empower and to inspire students, parents and teachers.
