Rich's CRASH Course for Success covers the mental, musical and business skills necessary for success in the game of life. CRASH is an acronym for Commitment, Relationships, Attitude, Skill, Hunger. Rich will also be talking about:

• his journey in the music business

• playing-personality-people skills
• goal setting and the pursuit of dreams

• basic business concepts

Rich has recorded, toured and/or performed with Bryan Adams, Jewel, The Pointer Sisters, Doc Walker, The Roadhammers, Patricia Conroy, Robbie Neville and many others. He is currently drumming with country rocker Jason Aldean.
