Long & McQuade and the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music presents a teachers’ meeting presented by Ian Lowes.

In this informative session, Ian will focus on topics such as building on strengths and targeting weaker areas by discovering what an examiner’s comment reveals about a candidate’s exam performance. Ask questions about the ABRSM exam system and what the program can offer you.

Composer and french hornist Ian Lowes has performed with the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra, the Orchestra of Welsh National Opera and the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra. He has acted as a consultant for brass publications for music publishers such as Boosey and Hawkes and Camden Music. In addition to his very active musical career, Ian works as an examiner and workshop clinician for the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music.
