The following group classes are being offered at the Victoria Lesson Centre in May:
HOW TO SURVIVE A JAM SESSION for Guitar and Bass
with Jay Holman
Saturdays, May 8-29 | 3-4pm
Fee: $100
- Fretboard Knowledge: Learn names of strings, notes on the fretboard, power chords, open chords and palm muting
- Picking Techniques: When to use the wrist vs. the arm; alternate picking; anchoring
- Knowing and Hearing the Changes in Popular Music: Introductions / Verse / Pre-Chorus; how to hear the changes before they happen
- How to Play With a Group: Brief introduction on how to read rhythm; definition; hand signals
LEARN TO PLAY GUITAR THE FUN AND EASY WAY

Saturdays, May 8-29 | 1-2pm

BEGINNER BANJO CLASS
