Roland announces its National Drum Solo Competition!
The search for Canada's best drummer is on. Drummers from Eastern and Western Canada will battle to be named one of two Regional Finalists and to win an all expenses-paid trip to Montreal Drum Fest this October to compete for an autographed, top of the line, Roland TD-20K V-Drums kit.
From Friday, May 1st through to Friday, September 18th, 2009, Roland will be holding V-Drums Contest Audition Days at participating Long & McQuade stores throughout Eastern and Western Canada. Book your audition slot here and prepare your best 3-minute drum solo to perform at your preferred Audition Day location. Auditions will be videotaped and critiqued by a panel of expert judges who will determine a Regional Finalist from Eastern Canada and a Regional Finalist from Western Canada.
Audition slots are filled on a first-come-first-served basis so don't wait to sign up!
