Long & McQuade Markham is located 300 meters south of Major MacKenzie on the east side of Markham Road (also known as Hwy 48). If you are using GPS, make sure you have recently updated your system or you might be sent to Markham Road and the 407. We are within walking distance of the Mount Joy Go Station and on the 102 bus line.

About our Markham Location

Long & McQuade Markham opened in May of 2006. The city of Markham has grown significantly over the years and our lesson centre with a student count now nearing 1000 is a testament to that growth. Our clean, well stocked, and open concept store is a great place to check out new gear, search for used gems, and talk to our highly knowledgeable and friendly staff. Our bass department features boutique lines like Fodera, Dingwall, Ken Smith and has highly experienced bass salespeople. If you want to try out an amp at stage volume, you can do so in our guitar try-out room. Our guitar repair shop features a technician with over 25 years of guitar repair experience. We are currently the only GTA location open Sundays.
