Kristine Beer (she/her) has her Grade 9 Royal Conservatory Piano and holds a Distinguished Teacher/Examiner Award in popular piano teaching. She is a professional accompanist for vocalists and instrumentalists, and has over twenty-five years of teaching experience. She has co-written and piloted programs for pre-school children and primary piano students. She also enjoys performing and is currently the church pianist at St. James United Church. Kristine specializes in group instruction and teaching young beginners, as well as preparing senior students for examinations and music festivals. Kristine teaches piano at the Regina store. Her rate is $29 per half-hour.

Lisa Nickerson (she/her) has over 25 years of experience teaching children and adults, both private and group lessons. She has advanced certification in organ (Grade 7 Conservatory Canada - formerly Western Board of Music), and piano (Royal Conservatory of Music Level 9). She has experience with arranging popular and jazz music as well as creating electronic music arrangements. Lisa focuses on many different aspects of music and includes theory, sight-reading, ear-training, history, classical and pop music in lessons to give her students a well-rounded approach to learning piano. She enjoys incorporating pieces that her students choose as well to help foster a connection to music with each student. She is constantly working on expanding her knowledge as a teacher and loves seeing her students progress and enjoy music. Lisa teaches piano at the Regina store. Her rate is $29 per half-hour.

Music Adventure Camp

This week-long camp is designed to introduce your child to a variety of instruments and learn about music through fun activities such as musical scavenger hunts, music games, puzzles, arts & crafts, and more! No prior experience needed.
Ages: 6 years and up
When: 9:00 am to 4:30 pm each day during the weeks of July 8th, August 6th, or August 12th.
Musical Theatre - Ben Redant
Lesson Registration Brochure Dates: 2024-07-09 to 2024-08-08Cost: $200.00
Led by experienced musical theatre professionals, students will learn what is involved in learning a song, staging and performing it in front of an audience, culminating in a final live performance for friends and family at the Saskatchewan Cultural exchange. No prior experience needed.
Ages: 6 years and up.
When: Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm for 6-11 year old group, 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm for 12-18 year old group from July 9th to August 8th.

Similar to our rock band program but more intense, you'll experience the thrill of being in a band, honing your skills, and preparing to perform for family and friends at the end of the week. Students must have prior experience playing their instrument. Students required to bring own instrument.

When: July 29th to August 2nd 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm. Performance on August 2nd.
Beginner Ukulele - Burns James Holland

This class is the perfect introduction to the ukulele for young children. Children will learn basic chords and strumming techniques in a small group setting. No prior experience needed. Students required to bring own ukulele to class.

Parent and Child Violin - Ellen MacPherson

This program is tailored for parents and children to learn the violin side by side. Together, you’ll delve into fundamental violin techniques, bonding as you create beautiful music together. No prior experience needed. Parent attendance is required. Violin rentals included in price.
