Since she was young, one of Amélie's pleasures was to learn the words of songs by heart from her favorite artists of the moment, singing was one of her greatest passions. This passion followed her through high school where she learned to accompany herself on the guitar and perform at Christmas and end of year shows to her delight. The whole thing will not stop so soon, in her early 20's she enrolled in a musical comedy troupe in Laval to feed this desire to continue singing and then decided to enroll in College in Pop-Jazz interpretation where she deepened her understanding of the vocal apparatus, its technique, and this, in different styles, RnB, jazz, pop, Brazilian. During her studies, she also discovered a love for classical singing and decided to take lessons and try this different practice from pop/jazz singing. With her College degree in hand, she continued her career by taking singing lessons to deepen her knowledge of vocal technique and by participating in the OPCM choir to her great delight and continues her adventure in music to explore new horizons.

Simon received his first guitar at Christmas when he was 12. The real gift, however, was the discovery of a deep love for music, which led him to make it his career. He loves putting all his energy into performing as much as he loves putting all his concentration into composing in his home studio. It was this blend of performance and composition that led him to represent his school at the Pan-Québécois "Secondaire en spectacle" competition. Currently, Simon is guitarist for Gab & Sim's duo, performing monthly at Laval's House of Jazz. He is also the co-founder of Studio Narluga, a full-service recording studio where he works as a producer, among other things. He is currently recording the follow-up to his first metal album, True Colours. He is now a proud holder of a college diploma in composition and arrangement from Collège Lionel-Groulx, as well as a certificate in film studies from the Université de Montréal. It's his academic side that makes him love teaching, and gives him the chance to pass on his ebullient passion to others.
