Kevin Lin is a 25 year old musician born in Ottawa. He started playing Flute in grade 6 and piano in grade 10. He completed a Bachelors of Music with Honours at Carleton University where he studied classical flute. During his studies, he performed solo as well as in chamber ensemble, choir, and a vocal jazz ensemble. He also travelled to Ghana to study West African Drumming. Exploring new genres and forms of music is a passion he carries.
Kevin has four years of experience teaching private lessons. As a teacher, Kevin always makes sure that students are given lessons that suit their needs, helping them progress and understand the material they are learning. He also strongly believes that a student's interest in music is a huge priority and makes effort to have them discover music they are passionate about.

Kevin's rate per half hour private lesson at Long & McQuade Orleans is $25. (English, Mandarin)
