Currently working on his music degree at the University of Guelph, Emmitt is an enthusiastic drum and percussion teacher with many years of professional performing experience. Emmitt has played with and shared the stage with many acts such as Kamasi Washington, Thievery Corporation, Choclair, Maestro Fresh West, The Human Rights and many more. He is the full time drummer for local band SHEBAD and has performed at festivals across Ontario: Hillside, Mariposa, Toronto Jazz Fest, SunFest, and more. Emmitt has experience playing across all genres of music with a strong background in jazz and improvisational music. Emmitt's private lesson rate is $28/half hour.
