Brad Keller has been a professional musician and educator for over 27 years, and a practising musician for nearly 4 decades. His musical influences range from Blues and Jazz, Bluegrass and Country, and continue through Folk, Classic Rock, and many varieties of World Music. Brad has taught in schools, workshops, and privately, including 3 years at The Nimble Fingers Bluegrass Camp in Sorrento, B.C., The Folk College in Huntingdon, PA and The Guitar Masters Workshop in Louisville, KY at the International Bluegrass Music Association’s Fan Fest.
In 2001 Brad co-founded The Creaking Tree String Quartet and performed throughout Canada, the US, and Europe. Along the way Brad and the C.T.S.Q. earned 4 Juno Award nominations, and were the winners of 4 Canadian Folk Music Awards for their recordings.
Brad's rate is $28 per half hour lesson
brian gosling (Guitar, Ukulele)

Brian is an accomplished guitarist specializing in Metal and Rock, and has been teaching in the Durham region for many years. As a graduate of the Independent Music Production program at Seneca College, he has had several songs released on Nuclear Blast Records where he is credited as a Writer, Producer, and Mix Engineer. He was the winner of the 2017 August Burns Red Guitar Solo Contest, and in 2022 toured the United States with Aenimus. Brian is currently a member of the metal group As The Structure Fails.

jason white (Guitar, Theory)

Jason’s love of music began in his teens when he picked up his first guitar. After studying music at Mohawk College Jason pursued a career in music which has led to 30 years of teaching experience, work as a session musician on various recordings, and the opportunity to perform live all over the world. Jason is a registered teacher with the Royal Conservatory of Music. From Rock, Blues, and Jazz, to Classical and Country, Jason teaches a wide variety of styles with emphasis on improvisational skills. Jason can currently be found performing with The Bowie Lives, and The Doncasters.
Jason’s rate is $28 per half hour lesson
susan latimer (Guitar, Ukulele, Songwriting)

Susan has over 20 years teaching experience to students of all ages and skill levels. Susan tailors each lesson to the students individual needs, and teaches music theory in a practical and meaningful way from the first lesson. Susan's lifelong love of writing and performing her unique fusion of classical, folk, jazz, blues, and rock has led her to become a regular on the Canadian club and festival circuit, opening for Ian Tyson and blues legend Paul James, among others.
Susan's rate is $27 per half hour lesson.

Students will get a chance to feel and hear what it’s like to play in a band. They will learn how their instrument fits in with others and work together to play some fun songs. They can share ideas and perform for friends and family at the end of the week.
Suggested age of 12-16, with one year of experience on their chosen instrument. Please contact the lesson centre for more information.
