Issah has achieved numerous awards, including being selected for the title of ‘Best Drummer’ out of thousands of drummers at the Roland Worldwide V Drums competition. Having grown up in Kenya, Issah returned to Canada as a teen and attended the Vancouver Community College on a full scholarship. Issah continues to be a powerful force within the local and international music community.
Issah's rate is $30 per half hour.

jon epworth (Bass Guitar, Drums, Guitar, Percussion, Music Production)

Teaching Day(s): Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Session drummer, vocalist for film and television, songwriter, and producer, Jon enjoys the open-ended grooves found in reggae, old R&B, as well as speed-punk. Great with kids or adults, he's a friendly, fun, relaxed teacher who adapts his teaching style to an individual's needs.
Jon's rate is $30 per half hour.

michael wilford (Drums)

With a Diploma in Contemporary Music Performance from the Victoria Conservatory of Music, Michael has been teaching since 2017. He grew up playing drums in the rich and diverse musical network of Northern BC and loves to share his enthusiasm for fundamentals, emphasizing feel, musicality and exploration of drumming across multiple genres.
Michael's rate is $32 per half hour.

taylor charles (Drums)

Taylor covers the importance of rudiments, reading, feel, metronome and technique in his lessons. He is creative in his teaching approach keeping students motivated to learn.
