With 30 years of performing and recording experience, Kji has transmitted his passion for music into teaching. Developing a strong and positive bond with each family and student over his more than 18 years of private music lessons has been a blessing. Many students have moved on to their own professional recording and performing careers. As a music teacher who focuses on drums/bass, acoustic and electric guitar, it is Kji's gift to help each individual student let their light shine through music.
Kji offers drum and guitar lessons at our Red Deer location.
His rate is $46 per one hour lesson.

Michael, or "Diggs" as he's fondly known, brings a lifetime of musical experience as both a performer and educator. With years of experience in solo and band performances, his expertise spans across acoustic and electric guitar, to ukulele and song writing. He is dedicated to getting you or your child playing songs on any instrument of choice in the shortest time possible. His teaching philosophy is simple: “If we’re not having fun, we’re not doing it right.” In addition to his performance experience, Michael has developed youth programs for various organizations. His engaging and motivational teaching style inspires learners of all ages to quickly grasp new skills and develop a genuine passion for their musical journey. Whether you’re interested in rock, blues, pop, country, or any specific genre, Michael (Diggs) is an excellent choice as a musical mentor. Michael is currently offering acoustic guitar, electric guitar, bass guitar, ukulele, and songwriting lessons on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. His rate is $30 per half-hour lesson.
