The flagship drum series from ddrum, Dios, makes a remarkable comeback with the 522 Dios Maple shell pack. This kit combines premium North American maple shells with UV-cured lacquer finishes and lightweight hardware, delivering an exceptional playing experience and a commanding stage presence. Crafted with six plies of high-quality maple, the Dios Maple shells feature a stunning lacquer finish and chrome hardware, including 2.3mm triple-flanged hoops and signature bullet tube lugs. The 30/45 bearing edges — 45° inner and 30° outer cuts — optimize shell and head response, catering to drummers across genres, from jazz to rock. Exclusive to the Dios series are the FixPitch suspension tom mounts for enhanced resonance and the Resolift bass drum system, which improves clarity and nearfield response.
The set also includes a complete hardware pack, featuring two tom mounts with multi-clamps, two Mapex Armory boom cymbal stands, a hi-hat stand, a Tama Speedcobra 310 single kick pedal, and six floor tom legs for sturdy support and versatile positioning.
