The RGT6EXFX is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2006.
Features include a hard-tail bridge, EMG pickups and a neck through body construction.
Both basswood bodied and mahogany bodied of the RGT6EXFX exist, mahogany bodied models were originally known as the RGT6EXFX2. After 2008 all models feature a mahogany body and are called RGT6EXFX.
For 2010, the RGT6EXFX is updated with the Gibraltar Standard bridge.
