Acoustic Master Series Features:
Effective simplicity and accurate reproduction are two of the design criteria Yorkville Sound has set for this new line of Traynor Acoustic Master amplifiers. Electro-acoustic guitarists and others will be delighted with the “neutral” response available with minimal control settings. Active filter circuits provide effective tone shaping with fewer knobs and switches so you can get the sound you want quickly and easily.

Inside the Canadian-made AM Series, high-quality glass-epoxy circuit boards, low-noise metal film resistors, and gold-plated phone jacks ensure quiet, reliable performance on stage or in the studio. Outside, you’ll find thick metal curved speaker grilles, sturdy plywood construction, and distinctive Buggy Whip leatherette upholstery.

AM Standard - General
The AM Standard is a true stereo amplifier/monitor with 150 watts continuous available, 75 watts per side, to drive its two studio-quality, two-way internal speaker systems. To ensure accuracy, the channel EQ controls provide an easy-to-find neutral setting with +/-15 dB EQ available for fine-tuning later. Channel 1 adds a frequency-adjustable Notch Filter control to help eliminate acoustic feedback, and Channels 1 and 2 provide independent sets of controls for the built-in digital effects systems. They also provide CLIP LEDs to help you set the gain controls optimally, and Channel 2 provides phantom power for a condenser microphone that won't affect dynamic mics or line-level inputs if you opt for either.

External effects can be connected via effects patch jacks with mono/stereo selector inputs and internal or external effects can be footswitched. Connecting the AM Standard to a PA or recording console is also made easy with a choice of pre-effects XLR line outputs or post-effects L&R 1/4" TRS line outputs. The rear panel also features L&R auxiliary RCA inputs for adding in recorded music.
