The Combustion offers many of the benefits of Dingwall in tone and performance at an extremely affordable price. High-quality hardwoods sourced from North America are combined with Dingwall's manufacturing efficiencies in the Far East, then final production, quality control and installation are carried out in Canada by the team of skilled craftsmen from Dingwall.

The Combustion bass has a single radius fingerboard (240mm). This allows for a very comfortable gaming experience. This model also features a 3 pickup configuration (neck/middle/bridge). The FD-3N pickups are made to Dingwall Guitars specifications, with neodymium magnets that deliver high output and a smooth yet aggressive sound.
