Description
Vintage King model 2102 2B trombone. Serial number dated to 1953-1954. Comes with case (not original) and mouthpiece. Please call band department for more details.
*Important note: It is possible that the bell assembly is not as old as the slide. The serial number on the slide indicated a manufacturing date of 1953-1954 but the bell engraving and colour of the bell indicated it may be made at a later date. We are thinking the bell assembly is more likely from the late 70's or early 80's. There were known issues with the 2B slides from this time period so we think it's possible the previous owner found a 50's horn with a better slide and combined the more modern bell assembly with the older, more well designed slide.
