The Prodige BC4062 features much of the necessary keywork for the advancing oboist, including left hand F, low Bb with resonance vent, third-octave key, C#-trill and double D trill. Sloped index-finger keys allow for a stable and secure grip, especially for smaller hands. The grenadilla body provides a warm, even, expressive tone shared by professional grade instruments with the added reinforcement of a resin-lined bore. This drastically decreases the chance of warping and cracking, particularly in the beginning of the instrument's life, without compromising sound and performance.
