Former rental fleet instrument. Minor wear & tear across the body (see pictures for examples). All major dents have been removed. Finish is distorted where dents were. Includes case with wheels (one latch is broken), valve oil, & mouthpiece. 90-day performance warranty.
This is the ultimate step-up concert horn for the advancing student or local symphony performer. It features a full .732" bore, 17-2/5" bell, 4 front-action valves with contoured nickel silver pistons, and nickel outer slides. Its beautiful rich tone, ease of blowing, and positive response make it capable of the most beautiful music.
The innovative design of the Jupiter 582 tuba is unique. The valve tubing is an open wrap, unlike anything seen before on the market. The 4 front-action piston valves have a moderate throw due to the good sized bore of the instrument. Good to look at and plenty of sound.
This is a very well thought-out instrument that is well designed. the open wrap of the valve tubing virtually eliminates sharp bends so that the air/sound will flow in a smoother fashion. The horn is comfortable to hold and the valves are reachable for people with smaller hands. Great sound is produced by this tuba, with a substantial low register. A section of these will really start to worry your trombone players.
