How is the free software received?
Customers simply connect their unit to Wi-Fi or Ethernet and sign in to their existing or new inMusic profile directly on the device. The unit will then be checked for eligibility, and once approved, the promotional bundle will be deposited directly into the user’s profile.
How is the software installed?
Customers must log into their inMusic profile from the MPC standalone hardware to download and activate the plugin instruments. MPC Expansion packs must be transferred using an external USB/SSD drive via a desktop computer.
Is there a grace period for anyone that just purchased?
Yes, if a customer has registered the device 14 days prior to Nov 1st, they should reach out to support for accommodations.
