Tracey Coulter’s music education began at the Victoria Conservatory of Music’s Kodály music program at four years of age. From there she took lessons in piano, guitar, and cello. Focusing on piano in her teens, she began taking Royal Conservatory of Music examinations. Tracey graduated with her Bachelor of Music from the University of Victoria in 2001 in harpsichord, majoring in Music History and Literature. She has completed course work with the Royal Conservatory in Elementary Piano Pedagogy and continues her personal piano education with lessons of her own. Travis began playing guitar at the age of 12 and by the age of 16 already began teaching in a local music school. While attending high school, he discovered that it was possible to study music in University. After 6 months of intense practice in classical guitar, a style he knew very little about at the time, he passed his audition and was admitted to the University of Ottawa School of Music. As a result, he holds both a Bachelor’s Degree in Classical Guitar and a Bachelor’s degree in Education. Since university, has returned to his roots; specializing in Rock, Metal, Progressive Rock, Blues, and Folk, while also adding new styles to his repertoire, including Bluegrass music and some jazz. His performing experience stems from mainly being a session musician, filling in for local bands and projects. Currently he is working on his own solo project.

Veronica Klock’s students play to learn, to learn to play! Classroom activities get students moving to help them understand not only what music is, but how it feels and how it works, so they can learn to create their own musical ideas from their very first lessons. Healthy playing techniques learned in this way help students protect against repetitive strain injury while allowing them to draw the most exquisite tone possible from the instrument. She holds a Diploma in Piano Performance and Choir Conducting from the State School of Music in Ukraine, a Bachelor of Music/Bachelor of Education and a Masters Degree in Voice Performance from University of Manitoba, Canada.
Victoriya is the recipient of numerous awards, scholarships and distinctions and is an accomplished concert performer.
As well as teaching piano, music theory and voice for the past fifteen years, Victoriya has taught general music (including Orff and Recorder), choir and band in the public school system.

Vinh Nguyen began the violin at 8 years old, studying classical music for 14 years at the Vietnam National Conservatory. This is where she received her undergraduate and graduate degrees for violin, studying under a Russian trained faculty. Since coming to Canada, she has performed with various symphony orchestras. Vinh is a certified violin teacher for all levels by the Suzuki Association of the Americas and is a registered Royal Conservatory of Music teacher. She’s been a faculty member at the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra School of Music since 2014. Prior to VSOSOM, she was teaching at Douglas College. Her students are consistently successful in RCM exams at all levels and many have received college scholarships for their achievements in music. With an undergraduate degree from McGill University, Wilfrid has extensive performing experience participating in L'orchestra Francophone Canadian, Toronto Wind Ensemble, North Bay Symphony and the Red Brass Quintet and can also be heard on various albums ranging from folk, classical to pop genres.

Wilfrid currently gives brass lessons in the Markham area, but his teaching experience stems back to 2001 conducting brass clinics and educating students from the elementary to university level. His students have gone on to pursue further musical endeavors such as university education and involvement in various orchestras.

Will’s passion for music started at a young age in 2003 and it has continued to grow ever since. After years of studying he decided to take him drumming to the next level. He attended Mohawk College for Jazz Performance, and then briefly Humber College for Bachelor of Percussion. Will is fixated on being a versatile and complementary player and teacher. He has experience doing live sessions, including a number of genres such as jazz, funk, R&B, hard rock, indie rock, metal, and more. Will has also studied under many renowned players such as: Lorne Nehring, Mark Kelso, Anthony Michelli, Kevin Dempsey, Adrean Farrugia, Sophia Perlman, Ted Warren, Matt Halpern, Navene Koperwies and many more. Will has also recently become an endorser for Murat Diril Cymbals, and this is just one of the many milestones to come.

Depuis qu’il est tout petit, William a un penchant pour la musique, mais ce n’est qu’à l’âge de 12 ans qu’il rencontra la trompette. Tout au long de son secondaire, ce jeune trompettiste a joué dans diverses harmonies de sa région où il a pu apprendre différents styles de musique tels que le jazz, le pop et le classique.

William a complété un DEC en trompette classique. Voulant faire carrière comme trompettiste dans un orchestre, il poursuit ses études à l’Université de Montréal où il complète un Baccalauréat en interprétation classique en 2021. Lors de ce Baccalauréat, il a eu la chance d’étudier en France et de côtoyer des trompettistes de renom tels que Romain Leleu et Thierry Caens. Il étudie présentement en D.E.S.S. répertoire d’orchestre avec Stéphane Beaulac pour se préparer aux auditions futures. William adore également enseigner. Il a nota mment déjà donné plusieurs cours dans des écoles primaires et secondaire en plus de cours privés. Sa façon de penser: réussir à se surpasser tout en ayant du plaisir et dans un environnement positif!

Since he was a little boy, William loves music, but it is only at the age of 12 that he discovers the trumpet. Throughout his high school, this young trumpeter played in various harmonies in his region where he was able to learn different styles of music such as jazz, pop and classical.

William completed a DEC in classical trumpet. Aiming to make a career as a trumpeter in an orchestra, he continued his studies at the University of Montreal where he completed a bachelor degree in classical interpretation in 2021. During his bachelor, he had the chance to study in France and meet renowned trumpeters such as Romain Leleu and Thierry Caens. He is currently studying a D.E.S.S. orchestral repertoire with Stéphane Beaulac to prepare his future auditions. William also loves giving trumpet lessons. He has already given several courses in primary and secondary schools and also private lessons. His concept: achieving his goals while having fun in a positive environment!

Yanick earned his Masters degree at Université de Montréal in 2008 specializing in classical guitar. He has been teaching music since 2006 and has always had a great passion for musical education. Yanick has played guitar since the age of 11 and hasn't stopped learning and playing since. His style of music is very global and he is comfortable teaching most music styles. In the classical music category, so far, nine gold medals from the Royal Conservatory of Music have been earned under his guidance. He also got Platinum in Moncton Community Votes 2022 for the Music Lessons category, and “Silver” in the 2023 votes for the Youth Music Lessons category.
