Alison Enriquez (Ali) is a Cuban-Canadian multi-instrumentalist and singer/songwriter. Her genres range from deep classical roots to jazz, latin, R&B, pop and fusion. She’s played in stages around Canada, Cuba and Italy. (ex. Romerías de Mayo, Cuba - Halifax Jazz Festival, Canada- Ravello Music Fest, Italy - etc). With 15+ years of classical training under her wing (violin), she then studied music at Dalhousie University and is currently pursuing a popular music diploma at the Nova Scotia Community College (NSCC), allowing her to make a greater focus on her main interests: creating and educating. Alison has been a teacher at Andrea’s Music Studio since October of 2021 (violin, piano and vocals) and is now teaching violin at Long and Mcquade!

Alisa is an accomplished musician who is passionate about inspiring music in others. She is a singer, plays multiple instruments, and graduated from Selkirk College’s Music and Technology program in Nelson, BC with a major in guitar performance. She has played all over the country, as a solo jazz performer, and as a vocalist at black tie events fronting a 17 member big band. She has been a blues bassist, a big band pianist, and a funk singer. She has written and recorded for movies, performed as a studio musician and worked as a recording engineer. Alisa is most excited about sharing her knowledge and fostering a lifelong love of music through teaching, and is a very capable and flexible teacher within many styles of music and teaching methods. Amilia Hildahl has been playing the violin since the young age of 3. A well-seasoned performer as well as teacher, she has performed as a soloist throughout North America—most notably at the world famous Carnegie Hall in Manhattan—and as an orchestral ensemble member with the Calgary Youth Orchestra in countries across Europe. Alongside performing, she is also an experienced music teacher who has worked with students of all ages hoping to learn everything from Bach to Irish fiddling. Likewise, while Amilia is classically trained, she is able to work with a wide variety of genres, and is always happy to work with the student to create an individual style of playing. She hopes that her love for the instrument will be passed down to all of her students, who she hopes will share a love for music, and a passion for creativity. Amir Meshgini holds a Master of Classical Guitar Performance from the University of Ottawa where he studied under the supervision of Canadian composer and guitarist Patrick Roux. During his career, he has had many performances as a solo guitarist and has also been a member of various ensembles. In addition, he was a tenor in the Tehran Choir for four years where he had several performances. He has also performed on several occasions in Tabaret Hall and the Gatineau Conservatory of Music.
He has been teaching guitar to students of different ages since 2014. His enthusiasm for teaching has always led him to study modern pedagogical approaches in music to create the optimal situation for every student based on their personalities, their cultural and musical backgrounds, and their interests to keep the learning process both fun and engaging. Amos is an avid chamber musician with tremendous experiences in chamber ensemble, orchestras, as well as solo performances. He has had the privilege to work and collaborate with many internationally world renowned artists both in Canada and the UK. Some of his chamber highlights were in collaboration with Nicola Benedetti, Leonard Elschenbroich, Pieter Wispelwey, and principals of the BBC NOW & WNO.

Anait holds a Ph.D in music from Komitas State Conservatory. She has taught music at TCDSB schools, Montessori private schools as well as other private music schools. Anait has taught piano, vocal and music theory over 28 years. She prepares her students for RCM examinations, for competitions and provides them recording opportunities. Many recital engagements have taken her to major cities in Armenia, Russia, the Middle East, Canada and the U.S.A. She recorded her three albums that have been nominated in Los Angeles at Armenian Music Award. Her music videos in variety of languages and styles can be found on her You Tube account. Anait has been performing in a number of concerts at venues such as Toronto Centre for the Arts, St. Lawrence Concert Hall and University of Montréal. She has also sang as a soloist with the Russian Strings Orchestra in Los Angeles, California. In Canada, Anait’s music has been part of two documentaries, one in 1994 on the Armenian Artists for TV Ontario and one in 2004 for the National Film Board of Canada. Andrew is a versatile musician and artist from Toronto, Canada performing music ranging from Indo-Jazz, World Music and Indian Classical Raga Music to Contemporary Jazz and Improvised Music. He is among one of the first musicians to perform Indian Classical music on the Alto Saxophone. He is a seasoned performer through numerous feature concerts around the globe with maestros and is the co-leader of many successful creative musical projects. She composes often and engages with many different areas of music: playing in her university’s classical music season and recitals, as well as engaging in local band and music scenes.
