Craig Doll has been playing drums almost 18 years. Drumming has enabled Craig to play many live shows, record, and tour. The drums have been Craig's life’s passion since he started playing and he hopes to instill that same passion with you on your journey!
As far as formal education, Craig completed a diploma in music from MacEwan University in 2020 and now is currently working towards a Bachelor’s degree in music. He has studied many different styles: rock/pop, hip hop, jazz, Latin/Afro-Cuban, metal, and funk - to name a few. Craig has also spent a lot of time on rudimental practice, which is the foundation of what drummers do behind the kit and helps immensely to grow on this instrument.
Recently, Craig had the opportunity to study alongside Broadway drummer and YouTuber Carter McLean, which really elevated Craig's understanding of the drums. As of February 2021, he is embarking on studying with Dave Elitch, who works with a lot of the music industry’s top drummers.
Craig is looking forward to meeting you and starting you on your path. His rate is $30 per half hour.

Cristina studied music at the University of Ottawa, and has been teaching piano, acting and movement since 2004 to both children and adults. She recently completed a Master’s degree in Theatre and Performance Studies. Cristina specializes in creating individually tailored lessons for pianists and performers, and her passion lies in creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment to help students play and sing with ease and confidence. Lessons are available in English, French and Italian, and are $27 per 30 minutes.

Born in Italy from a family of musicians, poets, and writers, Cristina discovered the Piano at the age of 5, and has never stopped playing ever since then.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Languages and Music at the University of Montreal and University of Quebec. She participated in several competitions both literary and instrumental. Member of the Jury of the Super Fantastico competition of the radio and television (Montreal/Italy) and the SOCAN, she sent her CD “Environmental on Earth Day” to the NFB and Radio-Canada. In addition to piano and keyboard lessons, she gives music composition lessons. All her acquired experience is outlined of a legacy of growing over time!

Curtis has been teaching since 2008 in a variety of genres including rock, pop, R&B and metal. He has released two solo albums that charted highly on CBC and college radio throughout Canada, and was the musical director for several plays including the University of Alberta's production of Tom Waits' “The Black Rider.” He has performed with many prominent artists such as George Clinton, Parliament/Funkadelic, Cadence Weapon and Bill Bourne. Curtis teaches at our Edmonton Highlands location.

Daisy Tam holds a Master of Arts in Music Theory and a Bachelor of Arts Honors Specialization in Music from The University of Western Ontario. In addition, she holds an ARCT Diploma in Piano Performance from The Royal Conservatory of Music (RCM). Daisy is an RCM certified teacher in Markham for lessons in piano, theory, harmony, and music history and is a member of the RCM College of Examiners as a theory examiner. She has guided students to achieve outstanding examination results and recognitions, including the RCM National Gold Medal for Excellence in Theory. She is also dedicated to mentoring her students and leading them through transformative learning experiences.

Damien has been teaching music since 1997.He is an author, composer, arranger, musician and music publisher. He studied at the Conservatoire de Saintes, France, and has graduated from The Music Academy International de Nancy (Partner with Berkley Music College). Damien was an Ibanez guitar instructor in France for 13 years and an entry examiner for the Music Academy International de Nancy. Damien has played with a finalist participant of the French version of The Voice, has toured in Europe, Newfoundland and St Pierre with several pop rock bands, performed in rock operas and wrote and performed for A CBC documentary. He teaches guitar (classical to metal!), electric bass, ukulele , theory , song writing , and composition; Damien has also published 5 educational music books ! A music graduate of UBC, Daniel has studied voice and piano with celebrated teachers including Donald Bell, Nona Mari, Edward Parker, and Daniel Taylor. Daniela Cruz is a professional music educator, violist and violinist. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a Master of Music-String Pedagogy, Daniela comes to us with over 10+ years of teaching experience. Danika est une jeune corniste qui a débuté son parcours musical il y a quelques années dans le programme de formation musicale intensive de la Polyvalente Sainte-Thérèse. Elle eut un coup de foudre instantané pour le cor français, instrument qui occupe aujourd’hui une partie importante de sa vie. Elle a poursuivi ses études dans le programme de musique classique du Cégep Saint-Laurent, où elle a pu développer ses connaissances en théorie musicale, ainsi que la maîtrise de son instrument auprès de Jocelyn Veilleux. Au fil de ses années d'études, Danika s’est investie au sein de nombreux orchestres et organismes. Elle est membre depuis quelques années de l’Orchestre à vents de musiques de films et de l’Harmonie Omnigamme. Danika désire à son tour partager sa passion pour cet art autour d’elle. C’est d’ailleurs pour cette raison qu’elle s’adonne désormais à l’enseignement de la musique chez Long & McQuade!

Dave is a performer and educator of all things musical. He has toured Eastern Canada and parts of the U.S., performed at numerous venues, music festivals, theatre productions, conducted clinics and workshops, and has extensive experience in the recording studio. He spent four years on the music faculty at Mohawk College, and 12 years as a supply teacher for the Waterloo Region District School Board. He has served as an adjudicator for the Arts Education Project grant selection process with the Ontario Arts Council. Dave has been a keynote speaker for ETFO, and conducted motivational clinics in various institutions including a master class at Carleton University. Dave has taught privately for the last thirty-five plus years, is on staff at the Beckett School of Music at Wilfrid Laurier University, and is a paraprofessional for the Integrated Arts Program at Eastwood Collegiate in Kitchener. Dave holds a Bachelor of Education and a Bachelor of Music in Performance from the University of Toronto, as well as a Diploma in Applied Music from Mohawk College. David was born in Cherbourg, France, and began playing guitar at the age of 14 under the influence of his first teacher, Daniel Cordhomme. At 16, he took Stéphane Fleury's jazz class and enrolled at the municipal music school with Fabrice Paris. After three years of classical guitar studies, he graduated with honors. Wishing to evolve musically, he moved to Paris to perfect his skills in the theory and practice of modern music at the American Jazz School, where he took guitar lessons with Mike O'Neil. The following year, he met Sammy Daussat, with whom he learned gypsy guitar. At the age of 27, he joined the class of Mariapina Roberti (international concert artist), who opened up new musical horizons for him, and with whom he organized a duo concert. David has also performed on Parisian stages such as the Café de Paris and the Chat Noir. His rate is $24 per half-hour for private lessons.
