The case is thick with padding and a cozy plush to protect your instrument. 5/5 on that point! However, the funky trapezoid like pockets don't hold much. Neither does the pocket at the "headstock area." The pockets are very shallow. Hand the main pocket been rectangular and 1" deep along with a 1" deep "headstock" pocket I would have scored it higher.
