I did extensive research on humidifying solutions for acoustics, and after lots of reading of reviews and experiences, settled on the Music Nomad Sound Hole Humidifier (and Case Humidifier). Very happy with the choice so far. This humidifier is well made and the sponge absorbs a good amount of water - seem to easily last a week between re-wettings, even during the winters in Canada. Using both the Music Nomad Sound Hole and grey Case Humidifiers, I've been able to keep humidity levels at about 50% in my Taylor case. I was initially hesitant to go with a humidifier that required stretching the strings apart to insert it, but it doesn't seem to be anything too extreme and the guitar surprisingly stays in perfect tune. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others - just remember to use distilled water to prevent mold in the sponges.
