One of the great pieces written for the Los Angeles Neophonic Orchestra, founded and conducted by Stan Kenton. Four french horns are essential, along with 4 trumpets, 5 trombones and woodwinds. Exciting and challenging music. Recorded on the L.A. Neophonic Orchestra LP. Woodwinds require 2 piccolo, 2 clarinets and bass saxophone (baritone saxophone opt. part included).
