I wanted to try these after not being able to find my “pick of destiny” anymore which was a Gibson heavy 347 shape teardrop. They can’t be found because they are no longer manufactured and I was lucky to find 2 in my husband’s stash of discarded picks from the 70s! ;-) The Gibson picks just stayed comfortably between my finger & thumb and produced a warm tone with a minimum amount of string noise. The yellow picks from this bunch have a lovely tone too, minimal pick noise on the strings but are smaller than the Gibson picks. For me, these are still pretty easy to grip and don’t change position much while strumming. That’s important for me. So, given that, aside from being a teardrop shape, they are nothing like the Gibson 347 shape, I really, really like them, the yellow ones. The other 2 (grey & white of varying thicknesses) are nice on my electric but not my acoustic guitars. Honestly, they are worth the gamble if you are interested in a different pick sound and all of that is particular to each of us. Happy I bought them.
