Had a Peavey Wolfgang from twenty years ago and was introduced to Van Halen's little bridge add on called the "D Tuna" at least I think thats what it was called back then. It was not a part you could buy separately till now. Its a bit overpriced but easy to install on any Floyd Rose bridge. Its important though to not have the bridge float as it won't stay in tune whether or not the string is in E or drop D. So you need a shim to stablelize the bridge. I have it on a Kramer Pacer and that bridge when you tighten the springs just enough sits on the guitar body so no shim needed. The whole idea is you can't pull the pitch up. When the bridge is set like that the D Tuna works wonderfully as long as the low E string is stretched properly. Beats spending all the money on an EVH Wolfgang guitar with the part preinstalled.
