Finally a Chinese Cymbal that is musical and dynamic! I bought my first Chinese Cymbal (an HH Thin Chinese) but didn't love it because of how loud it was, so when I heard this 14" Evolution one I couldn't get it out of my head. It has a very oriental sound, expecially when used with mallets and the thin lathing makes it very responsive to light playing. Its a great addition to any kit if you're looking for less of that brash volume of larger Chinese Cymbals.
