When my 16" XS20 crash came to the end of it's road I found myself out looking for the right crash to take it's place. I was testing out all sorts of crashes at L&M when I found it. A 16" AAX-Plosion Fast Crash. I fell in love with this shiny little cymbal. I had to buy it. It compliments my 20" AAX-Plosion, opposing it's deep, low, almost gongy crash with a sharp, quick burst of shimmering beauty. The only downfall is that it lacks a powerful bell sound, but you can't expect a smaller, thin cymbal to have that. Overall it's a great cymbal, I recommend testing it out if you're shopping for a new crash.
