Dark Matter Bridge F-Spaced Humbucker

DiMarzio has just released Dark Matter Special Edition covers for Steve Vai Gravity Storm pickups. The Dark Matter Neck & Bridge humbuckers feature a custom pickup grill, with a host of gear patterns reminiscent of a clock. The design is cut all the way through the satin nickel cover, allowing the pickup bobbins below to show through.

The Dark Matter is about depth and warm highs and mids. It's very much a plug and play pickup - it doesn't require a lot of tweaking to get a great sound. Because the highs are very fat, it's possible to increase treble response on your amp without losing tone and sustain on the high frets.

The Dark Matter Bridge is available in F-spacing only.

Recommended for bridge.
