I like how they feel. I like how they last. I don't like how they sound (thin and tinny) - biggest knock I have against Taylor's is the Elixer strings. Oh well, if you can get used to the sound, 2 out of 3 ain't bad.

I also had to order my strings in from the Oshawa store. They NEVER have them in stock. They are well worth the trouble. I used to go through a set of strings a week, but these Polywebs have been on both my guitars for two months. They sound as good as the day I put them on. If I didn't know any better, I would say L&M doesn't like to sell Polywebs, as they lose profits from people buying strings all the time.

I wouldn't use anything else. The Polywebs can be hard to find( I had to order mine in), but they are well worth the effort. They keep their new string tone for ever. They are also very easy on your fingers.

Most strings don't last very long for me, I never break them but they just go dead in a very short time (a month or two of casual playing). Not Elixirs! Their tone is consistent from out of the package until I decide to replace them. I left one set on for over a year before I figured that was enough!
Nanowebs are much better for me, polywebs tend to shred the coating a bit (even nanos will do this if you use a sharp pick) and nanos just seem indistinguishable from normal strings.
Slightly more expensive but last 4 or 5 times longer. To me it's a bargain.
