Celestion G12M-65 Creamback 12'' Speaker 16 Ohm
2 models to choose from:
The G12M Greenback is perhaps the definitive vintage Celestion ceramic magnet guitar speaker. Developed in the mid-sixties, it was quickly adopted by players like Hendrix, Clapton, Beck and Page, who typified the louder and more aggressive blues rock playing styles that came to characterize that era.The G12M-65 Creamback produces the familiar woody G12M tone, but handles greater power making it ideally suited for today's amps, when a vintage tone is desired. The increased power handling brings with it low end grunt complementing the warm and vocal mid range, crunchy upper- mids and sweet, refined highs.

I installed this in my Stage Right amp, replacing the stock Celestion seventy 80. A major improvement in tone and clarity across the full range. It’s not broken in yet, so it can only improve from here. Very happy with this upgrade.

I just installed one of these, paired with a G12M-25 Greenback, in my Marshall MX212 slant cab. This was an instant improvement even before break in over the stock Seventy/80's. I found those to be a bit fizzy for my taste.
It might be the mix and match effect but I find the tone to be richer, fuller than the stock speakers. Mixing will also be great for miking up the cab when recording, depending on which speaker to favor. Very impressed so far.
And a big thank you to Pat at the Mississauga location for his wealth of knowledge. This is the man to see if you have any speaker or tube related questions.
Cheers!

Love the balance sound with mesa mark v 25. Smooth out the mids and highs as well as tight bass

I have a Marshal JVM215C 50 watt combo with one 12" speaker. The one it came with was okay but this speaker turned it into a proper Marshall. It finally sounds the way I wanted it to. Killer speaker.
