With the introduction of the POWERPLAY PRO-XL HA4700, BEHRINGER announces the successor of the popular HA4600 headphone amplifier distribution systems. The new HA4700 offers four high-power amplifiers that can now drive loads down to 8 Ohms and offers improved sound performance and comprehensive new signal routing and mixing functions, which no other headphone amplifier can match.

I've been through 2 of these. First one lost most volume on one side. The one I have now is driving me crazy with with a quick buzz/glitch sound ever 1 - 2 seconds. It's unusable like this and I'm going to have to buy another one, but not Bheringer this time.

I own 3 of these amps & they are fabulous. Never failed & tons of gain & EQ if you need it. Better that you buy some real good headphones so you can hear how much low end these actually produce.
In the studio 3 of them will produce 6 different mono mixes that allows various players to set up their own mix.
I plan on adding another 3 in the near future so I can get 12 separate mono mixes or 6 stereo mixes depending on the need.

Bought it, used it for a year and it worked great, lots of features and I think you can plug up to 18 pairs into it. Then the left side lost abut 70 of its volume. There are so many features that you can get mono in both ears but where is the fun it that.
